Air Systems International BB50-COAAPM Breathing Air Panel

The Air Systems BB50-COAAPM is a Grade-D filtration system to supply breathing air for a specific amount of workers.

The BB50-COAAPM features the Auto Air IDLH filtration system which is engineered to supply breathing air (Grade D) with full-automatic emergency reserve air in case of electrical failures or reduced main air source pressure while performing job duties in hazardous environments. The reserve-air activation triggers at 60 PSI and or electrical supply loss, the system will automatically switch to your reserve air cylinder. Local & remote (optional) alarms signal personnel of primary air system failure & that the system has switched to the backup.

The 1st stage element will filter bulk water & particulate. The 2nd stage is a coalescing filter that eliminates ultra-fine particulates, mists & atomized oils. The 3rd stage filter will remove organic vapors & odors. The filter change indicator is standard for all 3 filtration stages. The efficiency of filtration is 99.99 percent at .01 micron.

A built-in carbon monoxide (CO) monitor operates with 9 Volt DC, 115 Volt AC, or 8 to 16 VDC providing continuous detection. The audible high-intensity alarm & light alert workers to high carbon monoxide content in the breathing air supply. A 115 Volt AC conduit box (included) provides power in & connections for remote AC-powered alarms. The filtration components come mounted on a powder-coated steel panel.
